American Express Membership Rewards - Saison Platinum American Express Card

This is new Japanese SAISON Plat AmEx Card.
Annual fee is 21,000yen.

Benefits are Plat Service desk(24h,365days),Priority Pass,SLH,Alain Ducasse restaurant priority reservation(including welcome drink),AmEx Premium privileges,Hertz #1 Club Gold,Konami sports club,overseas travel accident insurance and AmEx all privileges.

so what is the difference to the normal amex jp platinum?

as i dont want to get a second centurioncard in jp too, i might go for this one as the fee is ok.

The annual fee of normal Plat is 89,250 yen(Including tax).
Saison Plat is 21,000 yen(Including tax).

Normal Plat doesn't have Priority Pass card.
And when transfer my MR to JAL, I have to pay the transfer fee to AmEx.
It is 4,200yen.(Including tax)
But Saison Plat is free.
I think that's big difference.
I can not understand why normal Plat doesn't have PP card.
