I have been reading all these articles on Parker. It seems his main focus is the employee and the bottom line which is good but he is failing to realize what truly matters is customer perception and retention.
He has not listened to the customer. He can change the airline anyway he wants but without a loyal frequent flyer base he has nothing. US/HP are two different cultures and it seems the original US FT will be getting the short end of the stick. One of the latest changes was removing the power ports. The US international product is bad compared to other airlines. I foresee a lot of other negative changes down the road. The airline can use some important input from the “CUSTOMER” the person that means the most in the equation.
What I am proposing is a site devoted to Mr. Parker from the US FT community. We can post what we feel and have a voice in what they do. They need to know what the customer feels. I can have my company donate the domain and web hosting. We can call the site usftmessagetoparker.com (or something similar) . Please email carl92103@yahoo.com if interested in working on the planning of this site.
Thanks,
Carl
