Hertz - Hertz International Rental New Zealand

I am using Hertz down in New Zealand and maybe in South Africa. I usually use national because of the Emerald Club. Is there a good way to get benefits similar to National and their Emerald Club with Hertz? Usually Hertz is twice as much as National.

I've used Gold Counter service in NZ -- at CHC and in DT AKL last year. Car assigned, paperwork was ready, I was good to go.

I got some like a triple upgrade in both locations as Five Star.
