Travel Technology - T-Mobile Hotspot vs Norton Security

I have found myself having to disable Norton to allow access to Hotspot - am I doing something very simple wrong (probably with my Norton config)?

I've had a few things I had to disable Norton Internet Security Firewall for, but T-Mobile Hot Spot was not one of them. But I can't think of what you could do different in your settings.
