American Express Membership Rewards - Detailed MR account statement available?

Is it possible to get a detailed MR account statement? How do you check if MR for special promotions are properly credited?

In my online account I see only:
Old Balance
+ new "regular" MR points
+ new "special" MR points
+/- corrections
- spent points
= New Balance

To make it worse, everything seems to appear one month delayed.

Certainly another thing, Amex could improve.
