LatinPass/GlobalPass - Trouble logging in

Anyone else having trouble logging onto the GP website?

Both IE and Firefox return "To Log-In you must have a VALID Account and a PIN Number." I guess either my account is toast or the new antispyware/anitvirus firewall they installed at my office is blocking the GP popup windows.
