while reading the various MM / STC integration threads I noticed that there is relatively few mention of the STC companion awards. Besides the small number of required miles I found the high availablity (booked in master ticket booking class C / J / F) very usefull. I would really like to see companion awards in MM, which is famous for poor award availability...
