US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-2005 America West merger) - Receiving Mileage Plus credit flying USAwys and Lufthansa

I booked a ticket online for a trip from PHX-MUC. It's a US Airways flight from PHX-CLT and Lufthansa from CLT-MUC. Will I be eligible to receive Untied Mileage Plus miles for these segements?

And yes, no matter how you booked it or with whom it was booked, as long as you make sure that your MP number is in the record, you will receive both qualifying miles and whatever bonuses to which you are entitled.
