Before you give me the link to seatguru, I will post it <www.seatguru.com> .
So I am flying the domestic version of the 763, not the ER with BE seating. I want to know where to sit.
I have 2 carry ons, one is my laptop. It is a red-eye so I won't really need to get the bag. Should I go for the Bulkhead?
What is your favorite seat?
What is your least favorite seat?
Thanks,
SR

OK, seriously. generally I like 3C or D. I don't like the bulkhead...I don't think I get as much leg room. Row 4 seems to not recline as much. Row 2 is OK except if you watch the movie, it's a little close. C or D are center aisle seats, no one has to climb over you and you don't have to climb over anyone to get out.
Having said that, I like 3A on red eyes because I like to lay up against the fuselage.

I happen to like a window bulkhead. Window so I can lay against it and snooze... and bulkhead so I can get out of the seat w/o bothering the person in the aisle.

4C is pretty good, or at least it appears that way from where I am seated in 20B. :D

What is your favorite seat?
On a domestic 763:
First: Row 2 or 3....A or F are my favorites (recently had 2A on a BOS-ATL flight on a 763 :) ).....followed by B or E...,row 4 A,F,B or E.... and finally row 1 A,F,B and E .
Coach: Row 27 A or G.....or row 10 A or G (Row 10 is generally only available for assignment by the GA about 1 hour before the flight).
What is your least favorite seat?
Any seat that is in between the 2 aisles (F: C & D...Y: C,D & E) .....as I hate sitting in the middle section of all widebody aircraft.

A lot depends on the length of your flight and if you want to get up 80 times during the flight without having to ask your seatmate to get up.
Either way, I prefer the C/D seats for transcons and I personally like 1D best.

Thanks for your insight. I do not always like to just use Seatguru. Sometimes, it seems that minute details are made into huge deals, like the air vent. Other times things like no arm rest are omitted and therefore the seat is very uncomfortable. Thank you to all those who responded without linking me to seatguru - I think you need to go visit a.net where they are all uptight too!

RamAir....you might want to cultivate a sense of humor as well. Those that did link you to seatguru.com did so because you specifically said don't link me to seatguru.com in your first post.
It was supposed to be a joke.
Like Ha Ha, Ha Ha, Guffaw, Guffaw, ,<snort> :D :D
Oh well, we tried....... :(

You were being funny?
That reminds me first Saturday Night Live after 9/11 (wow 4 years tommorrow), when Rudy Giuliani was asked "Can we be funny?", his response, "Why start now?"

I guess you chose only to focus on one smilie face.
The one on the top, the key smilie, was a "wink". And the one next to "mad" was the "razz" smilie face.

I don't mind asking my seatmate to get up 80 times...
If he woulda switched with me at the beginning of the flt like I asked him to....
