Travel Technology - Mapping/navigation solution for South Africa

Are there any GPS mapping/navigation solutions available that cover South Africa? I have TomTom 5 for PocketPC with the European maps; but a quick search hasn't turned up any similar products with maps for South Africa.

Ideally I'd like a navigation solution suitable for car use (voice prompting etc) although a simple map product would be useful too. I already have the GPS and PocketPC, so something that avoided buying new hardware would be best.

Update:

OK, I Google'd smarter and found a page with useful information. I'll leave this here for future reference:

Get yourself any Magellan device that supports MapSend and then get this CD. FWIW; their maps ARE streetlevel. Ebay usually has a lot of Magellan units on sale with routing/mapping.
