I joined e-rewards a week ago but still haven't received any emails for "dollars." Is this normal? I signed up for 7+ emails per week, and even tried resubmitting my email address. I even signed up for plenty of interests in the initial survey.
I can earn "dollars" with the earn now option, I'm just not getting any emails.

I have found that I will get flooded with emails and then get none for weeks at a time. It all just a matter of your interests and demographics matching up with their survey request.

My experiences have been similar. I've received 3-4 survey requests in a day, but have had weeks where I haven't received any emails from them. Have patience, and if nothing else, you can use the "Earn Now" option to start working on your balance.

I didn't get any for a few days- just got 2 yesterday including one where I passed the screening for an $8 survey.
Another question, though. The $8 will post in a couple of weeks. I seem to have lots of $$ in the pipeline. One of those items just posted a couple of days ago but I think others are late. I never kept track of what should be posted. One insurance quote won't post the $$ to my account for 4-6 weeks. Is e-Rewards pretty reliable about posting these amounts after the promised time?

I only use my $$$ for hilton. You always have to wait three month before you can redeem the dollars for miles/points (again). During that time frame I make $25 or $50.
Sometimes I get a couple of e-mails a week, recently I have not received any e-mails.

Not always that reliable in my case anyway. If I'm getting close to redemption point I print the page that says how many $ I should get and the final page that says I completed the full survey. If they don't post (some do, some don't), I email them after 10 business days with the date and survey topic and they usually post the credit that day.

Yes, I agree with keeping track of the surveys you do complete. I waited over 6 weeks for a $12 credit as well as a $5 credit. ER CS would keep telling me to "please wait, it will be credited". What you need minimally is the date of the survey, the topic, research firm conducting survey, amount of time for the survey, ie 20 min, etc. (the above post is being very cautious - but then there is no arguement that he DID complete the survey). Some post immediately, others may/may not!
CS can then place the info into the printout of your history (you can view this as well on the e-rewards website).
For about 3 hours worth of work for 3000 Hilton points or some AA miles, I think it's worth it. Keeps the AA account active for another 3 yrs and Hilton can add 12000 point per year(free night at lower end Hilton).

I rec'd nothing from them for many weeks. Then all of a sudden, last week I rec'd FIVE e-surveys IN ONE DAY! (Maybe they do read FT!) They all were "up to $7", but I did not qualify for any of them.
At least the $1 awards posted before I could click back to the offer page.
My total was stuck at $98.xx for a long time, but with the furry of activity, I finally got to $100. I had to wait for my "90-day" HH period. I just redeemed for the HHonors award, and am back above $55. Now I just have to wait until January!

Why would you say they're going out of business? Do you have any evidence other than you personally haven't received any offers lately? During the past two weeks, I've received at least four surveys in the $7 - $10 range, at least 8 or 10 of those "mini surveys" (or whatever they're called) for 25 - 50 cents, and a handful or $2 or $3 surveys. I've gone from $23 in my account three weeks ago to $60 today. I don't call that going out of business.

But yes, I did know that fact. I posted that back a few weeks ago... I had cashed out for the 1000 miles for a flight, the day before the change... and I thought it would take forever to get to $100 after that. But now I'm at $80-something... and as soon as I hit $100, THEN I'll cash out with 2000 and be done with e-rewards. :td:

I think that it's actually one redemption per calendar year rather than a rolling year. So, if you had $200 in your account on 12/31, you could redeem $100 for AA miles on 12/31 and another $100 on 1/1.

Odds are as soon as you redeem, you'll start getting a ton of surveys from them. I redeemed at the beginning of the month, which dropped me to like $6 or some such, and I'm already back up to $44 or $46 or something, from the surveys in the past week.

Our family members have accounts. We use different computers. None of us has received a single email from e-rewards since the end of September. This has also happened with www.mypoints.com email. Thinking it was some sort of setting or pop up blocker our computer geek consultant set up - I adjusted the "privacy and security" settings in IE's "internet options". I put the cookies setting to receive cookies from anyone - lowering it's selectivity as low as it gets.
I also disabled pop up blockers. This did not help and we have yet to receive any emails. I can't click on any of the offers from the earn now page as I reported way back in this thread. Even the "control, click" command doesn't work.
Some posters here wonder if maybe they were not receiving email because they are close to a redemption level. This seems to have nothing to do with us not receiving the emails (some of us are over a redemption level and others are stuck at $14 or so).
The other weird thing is that if I go into e-rewards account histories it shows that we have been continually given the 5 cents for "received E-mail". In the last 30 days there are 26 of these in my account.
Where are these emails going to???? Not my spam or junk folders - I check those. As much as I hate e-rewards I do love cashing in for HHonors and AAdvantage. I figured I would be glad to be done with e-rewards, instead I am going to all this trouble to try to stay with it. What's wrong with me?
Any words of wisdom?

I learned not to wait too long to answer the survey, as to often they have too many respondents, and you've lost your chance. Happened a couple of times the last few weeks, so don't wait if you're going to take the survey.

I've been getting them as normal, in fact reached $50+ about a week before I'm eligible for my next HHonors. (Did a $100 AAdvantage in between as well).

Got several e-mails in the last week. Make sure you don't have a Spam filter preventing you from receiving their e-mails.

It usually seems to me that the more i ignore the emails, the more i get. If i am responding, it seems i get less.

My drought seemed to clear recently after redeeming $50 for HHonors points.
