I know that normally "the partner of my partner" does not entitle me to anything, but in this case, AS is actually a NW partner. The ticket is with DL, most of the flights are with DL, but it has one long segment on AS (as a DL codeshare) that I dont want to lose out on. Does anyone know if I will get Worldperks credit for this Delta coded AS operated leg of the flight?

Probably, they seem to follow the rules for the operating partner, not the ticketing partner. For example when we fly on DL-coded/NW-operated flights we receive segment credit and my wife (SE) receives 50% bonus miles instead of 25%.

However, our actual experience with codeshares & miles is limited to these DL-coded/NW-operated flights.

The code does not matter. What matters is if the OPERATING carrier is a partner of and elligible for WP accrual. So in your case both conditions are met Alaska is operating the flight and it is a WP accrual partner so you will recieve miles.

The reverse example would be flying an AA operated flight that is sold by Alaska and coded as an Alaskan flight. AA is not a WP partner nor is it a WP accruing partner, therefore, you would not earn WP miles by flying on an AS coded AA flight. Even though you bought it via a NW partner and it had the partner code on it, it is still OPERATED by a non-partner.
