Do CP's still get luggage tags by default?

I'm quite curious because as a new CP lite, I noticed that my first trip as CP will be made with a WN luggage tag on my carry-on and an AA AC tag on my briefcase. But at least I got that whole bald, gray haired thing taken care of upon qualification :D

No, they do not send them anymore. I requested some around two years ago(when I checked bags in PHL and my tags were broken and bag ripped) and they sent me a couple of replacements.

Do the tags sent this year (2005) look like the new CP card? Or are they the same as before, like the old CP card with the dark blue stripe across the top that has "US Airways" on it?

I called today and was told they would send them and it would take 4-6 weeks.

They sure do. One side has Chairman's Preferred across the middle in white lettering, and the reverse side has my name and DM numbers in a barely visible greyish text on the left middle.

Below that is the standard "if found return to any USAirways Office" in smaller white text.
