You can use your DM for any *A carrier. Sadly, you can't book them online though. Call reservations and select international.

We recently went SAS IAD to Stockholm (connecting in Copenhagan). Return SAS to Manchester and BMI from MAN to IAD - all in C. The bad news was that they told us the BMI MAN to IAD flight was a 757 - and we're 5A and 5B. The Manchester airport isn't very nice and they use a third party lounge that was crowded and dirty. So I'm thinking this is bad news - I'm envisioning the old US Air 757 configuration with 7 rows of cramped FC, no foot rests, etc.... Then I see on our ticket that its a BMI flight, operated by Icelandic Air. So I'm on a USAir ticket, codeshare on a BMI flight operated by Iceland Air....huh....

Turns out it was a BMI plane with flight attendents in BMI uniforms - perhaps Icelandic Air was the actual staff - we never knew. They took the 757 and had 1A+B, then 2C+D, then 3A+B, then 4C+D, then 5A+B. So in business class there was 3 rows on the left and 2 rows on the right. More room between seats than I've seen in a long time in C. I must say it was the best service that I've ever recieved (including on F on UA). The seat was perfectly comfortable, with pleanty of room, foot rests and all amentities. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. They provided individual DVD players with a wide selection of choices because they didn't have in seat DVD players.

Good luck - I'd recommend it.
