US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Domestic upgrade window after status change

I have several bookings I made as a gold member. After making CP I wondered if I needed to "re-do" the upgrade requests as a CP. Under search I found one answer to this on the forum. The advice given was no, the system automatically did it.
However, my first trip as a CP is this Thursday. Returning next Monday.
Last Thursday I checked online and the upgrade had not occurred. I called the CP line and they said it had not "worked" and they took the upgrade request off and put it back on again and it "worked". I called this morning for
next Monday's return flights and the same problem.
It makes me wonder if my record is "waiting for the 3 day window".
I have six more bookings out there that were booked as a gold.
Should I request that they re-attach the upgrade requests now?
Thanks

Welcome to the world of CP!

You'll never go back now...see your nearest CP for the handshake. ^

I think the post you probably found earlier says that your reservations will be updated automatically, which it sounds like what you found. However, I don't know (and don't recall any specific posts) on how status change impacts your upgrade requests.

Call the CP desk and tell your experience to date and your concern. They'll have all six reservations in front of them and will be more than happy to go in and re-request all your upgrades for you.

Congratulations!! :) :) :)

When my status changed, most of my reservations automatically updated, but two of them didn't I just called the desk and had them go through all of my existing reservations,a nd change the necessary ones. I think it was the flights that had already started upgrade processing that had to be manually updated. The flights farther in the future were automatically changed.
