US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Online booking bouns miles

I am going to book 4 tickets by using UA web site. If I give them my UA milage plus number instead my US dividends miles number, can I still get online booking bouns? and each of us will get 1000 miles bouns or only one traveler gets the online booking bouns?

Sorry, typed it wrong. I want to book US airways fly using usairways.com, but collect miles to my UA milage plus account instead US airways dividend miles account.

If you enter your MP number instead of your DM number, how, exactly, is the computer to know that you're even a DM member, say anything of award on-line booking bonus miles to an account it doesn't even know exists?

I think this falls under the "have-cake-eat-too" rule. :D
