Hilton HHonors - Finding Confirmation No After Stay?

I recently had a stay at Hilton Dublin Airport where i booked 2 rooms (1 for kids). I booked my room under promo code DW for double airline miles. But somehow this isnt crediting properly to my account and i just got standard mileage for the stay.
I contacted HHonors and they've asked for the confirmation no's for the 2 rooms. I found the 1 for my kids room but cant find my own room anywhere.
Does anyone know how to find a confirmation no after the stay has taken place? The hotel said it is deleted from their system after 24hrs.
On the "My Travel Planner" section of your HHonors account page, click the "View eFolios" link for that particular stay. The confirmation number will pop up either on the next fage or on the folio itself.
This, of course, assumes that the eFolio is still in the system - but I believe they stay in the system for one year.

Unless HHonors has the additional piece of information regarding this confirmation #, it may not be too helpful. I looked at one of my e-folio conf. #s and tried to look up the confirmation # in the system and it said "Please enter a valid confirmation number". It may be that they do delete all info related to this confirmation # after the stay (though the # stays in the e-folio). Mike were you able to view the details of the reservation by looking up the confirmation # listed in one of your e-folios?
Edit: However, the RATE CODE is listed in the e-folio. Perhaps (not sure) the rate code will provide sufficient info regarding any promotion.

No, but that doesn't mean that HHonors won't be able to find some information on it through their end or directly through the hotel.
The only thing I can suggest for people in the future is to hold onto the e-mail that is sent upon reservation confirmation. That way, if something goes wrong, you have a document that shows all of the particulars of the reservation.

No eFolio has shown up for this stay... In fact of all my recent stays only one has an eFolio attached to it on my hhonors website.

I think the e-folio facility is mainly for Hiltons and associated brands in the US. According to the HHonors website Frequently Asked Questions:
Why isn't there an online folio available for every hotel in the list of My Hotel Stays? (Top)
Folios are available at most hotels for three months from check out date for stays after July 1, 2004. A link to view folios may be delayd up to two days from the date of check-out.
Folios will not be available online for Conrad Hotels (outside the U.S.), Hilton International Hotels, Hilton Las Vegas, Hilton Myrtle Beach, Hilton Grand Vacations Club, Hilton Grand Vacations Orlando, Hampton Inn San Jose Costa Rica, Hampton Inn & Suites San Jose, Hampton Inn Guayaquil, Ecuador Embassy Suites Bogotá, Columbia, Embassy Suites Caracas, Venezuela, Doubletree El Pardo Lima, Peru, Embassy Vacation Resort Maui, Hi, Embassy Vacation Resorts Kauai, Hi, Embassy Suites Denver Downtown, Grand Vacation Valdoro Mt. Lodge, Embassy Vacation Resort Orlando, Embassy Vacation Resorts Lake Tahoe.

It's always a good idea to keep that stuff. I keep a folder (in Outlook) for all travel related e-mails such as hotel confirmations, airline itineraries and confirmations, etc... Also, even if you've completed the trip, you never know when you're going to want to repeat it (or do something similar) and you might want to remind yourself how much you paid, where you stayed (especially if you liked it) or any other details of your trip.
