Hilton HHonors - Rosemont (Chicago), IL. Which property?

It looks like I may be going next June to a convention at the Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, near O'Hare Airport. I did a search but could not find any reviews comparing the Doubletree there with the Embassy. Which is better for access to the convention center (both hotel's websites claim to be "accross the street") and which is better period?

I stayed at the Doubletree on a $32 Priceline stay a few years back. It was just across the street from the convention center. Seemed fine at the time, but have not been back since.

I stayed at the Doubletree and thought it was fine. They have a Gibsons steak house attached. Walk across the street to the convention center. I was a gold at the time and received a decent sized corner room, free water and free buffett breakfast. All for 80 bucks or so when stranded at ORD. No executive level, but still a fine hotel in my opinion.
