Yes, I think so. CNN International had mentioned it an hour ago, it turns out it was just a small plane. It sounded much worse earlier.

BBC:A light aircraft has crashed in southern Italy, killing two people on board, officials say.
The plane came down in a rural area of San Lorenzo Bellizzi in Calabria, at about 1700 (1500 GMT) on Saturday.
The two men on board both died in the accident, said Italian officials quoted by Reuters news agency.
Police said the victims were both Italian men in their 40s. It was not known where the plane was flying to or from when the accident happened.
