Trying to buy a snowflake ticket from LHR-CPH in Sept but the site doesn't offer USA as a country of residence.
It's an Etkt but it still wants an address. Is there a way around this?

A few options come to mind:
1. Include the "United Kingdom" as your country of residence and complete the rest of your address correctly. This sometimes works.
2. The LHR-CPH route is operated by SAS aircraft, so you should be able to get this fare from the UK website of SAS (go to www.scandinavian.net and select the United Kingdom as your country of residence).
3. Try buying from the US version of www.scandinavian.net (may not work but worth a go).

#1 works but is there anything sent to this fictitous address that I'll need to check in?

Nope. Electronic tickets so all you need is:
1. Passport
2. The reference number SAS will email to you
They can in theory ask to see the credit card used to make the booking when you check in (but I've never actually seen them do this).

Nothing is sent to the address you give, anymore... Receipt and e-ticket is all sent to your e-mail (unless there is something irregular with the booking and they need to handle your booking manually for some reason), and as previous posters note, all you need is the reference number.
So just write your regular address, and include United States somewhere in there, but keep United Kingdom as the country, and you'll be fine!
Just remember that snowflake bookings carry extra restrictive conditions such as no baggage interlining and more generally worse service on ground. Bookings are in SAS own system not in Amadeus, so I doubt other airlines can even see the booking and interline even if they wanted to (unless they can do this with the e-ticketnumber alone). I believe they are more stingy on excess baggage as well.
Credit card not needed on check-in unless e-ticket is tied to card. Choose to have it as reference code instead if you don't want to think about credit card.

All e-tickets have a Form of Identification (FOID) field in them, this can be set to quite a few different things; including Credit Card, Passport, Frequent Traveller Card etc.
The FOID field is often used to match you up with your ticket when you try any form of electronic check-in (eg. web or automatic check-in machine), hence it is my preferred FOID type.

Does this mean no *G benefits when you are on a Snowflake booking? No lounge access? No excess baggage? No elite check-in?
This may have been answered before but I couldn't locate the post.
Thanks,

Many of the Snowflake fares are just the cheapest economy seats on SK mainline, so most of the *G benefits still work. (I'm in the CPH lounge right now on an LR4SF fare basis.) Miles to BD are at 25% (DUB-CPH=192). I have not tried checking in more than 20Kg baggage (nor would I like to try), but have used the *G/business checkin in both ARN and CPH.
Today I used the internet check-in and was able to get a decent seat.
...credit card addresses...
On many occasions I've fitted my home adress into the format for UK, US, German and other address forms for on-line sales. Many airlines and retailers are just not setup for realtime address verification service (AVS), although that is changing. AVS really needs your country to have a full postal code system (which we won't have in Ireland).
Must update this post later...
