Hilton HHonors - Remember the UK 25,000 point promotion?

It was easy enough - 4 stays by the end of June, booked online at hilton.co.uk and you get 25,000 points.


Well it's August now and I only ever got 2,000 of the points.

Hilton Diamond desk so far have been useless.

And what's more they're now saying that my Diamond status will expire April 06, even though I requalified in June to April 07.

What an absolute mess: Hhonors - sort yourselves out !!!

I finally got mine sorted out this afternoon, i'm only gold, and have been dealing with customer services in Glasgow.

I had my first 2 stays 2000 and 3000 added about 2 weeks ago, rang again today and they have added the 5000 and 15000 today :) :) :)

Just for contrast, mine all posted fine for the UK promo.

I did sign up for the German one as well, using an alternative address in Hamburg, but the points for those bookings never appeared. I didn't pursue those because despite occasional stays, I can't consider myself a German resident in all honesty.

After about 4 phonecalls to HHonors Glasgow, the final 15000 points for my 4th stay posted last week. Each time I was told the promotion hadn't worked properly and points had to be entered manually. So the motto is as usual - keep trying!
