Other Credit Card Programs - NWA USBANK Visa online sucks

I don't know if anyone else is having problems with this site but it takes like 2 days for anything on that site to post. I've spent a lot of money in the past week but it doesn't show anything that i've spent.

what's up with that. All my other cards tell me charges in a few hours and also tell me pending charges

All credit card charges take 1-2 days to "post" to your account. That's why it always shows both the transaction date and the post date on your statement. So it's delayed by a day or two - who cares? Although other cards that would show pending charges (that haven't "posted" to your account yet) sounds like a pretty neat feature - which issues offer this?

Other banking institutions, Amex and Bank of America for example would update available credit immediatly even though the transaction will not post for another few days.

USbank's system (from my observation) updates available credit and posts the transaction at the same time. Typically 2-3 days later.

well the visa debit card i got from my bank which is comerica does the pending charges nice to know when someone tried to hold my money. Yea most banks update immediately. I have other credit cards and they do it pretty quick

I agree - not only is it slow, but the interface and navigation are terrible compared to Amex, etc.
