I have a couple of Citi cards. I applied for a DC charge card 10 days ago now because of the primary rental car insurance. I just called them up: the new account department was closed during week-end but the CS rep said it can take up to 30 days to get an account approved (!)
Is that really the case?
I had to use a Visa for a non-business rental car yesterday. I got to rent another one in 10 days. Hopefully, I'll have my DC by then...
