Any experience with Jet Airways London-India return ?

Seat, food and service in Business class ? Is the flight often late ?

The seat is probably the best in class for a Business Class product and is identical to the flat bed that South African Airways offers - full AVOD at every seat, etc...

The flight has had only 3 significant delays (>2 hrs) since starting operations in May, until this past week when it experienced 3 cancellations.

I flew BOM-LHR on 9W business last month. They are awesome seats. I would say ...Best-In-The-Class.

I would suggest NW WorldPerks. If you have AMEX card with points go with AF-KL. Miles and sectors flown on 9W coded flights are not eligible for EQM and EQS on NW, KL and AF.

I credited the miles to Jet Privilege. NW, KL and BA are 9W partners. But you can't earn miles :( on any of them for BOM-LHR route.
