The transatlantic crossing was extremely short, taking less than 6 hours as the airplane flew at over 1000 km/h for most of the flight due to prevailing winds.

Are carrot muffins popular in Canada :D ? Most unusual for breakfast.

I thought it was a British treat. I've never had that in Canada before. It tasted quite good though ... sweet and nothing like carrots.

We usually have blueberry or chocolate or banana muffins over here, not carrot muffins! Or have I missed them somewhere? :D

hkskyline - that's interesting - do you use a photo editor and place that text in each photo?

That sounds like a pretty good idea except for the website address (i.e. the photo description will apply 10 (x) years from now but the likelihood of having that same website address is low??).

Thanks for the pictures!

thank you for the pictures.
It is sad to see that BA was not able to provide a more Xmassy dinner :(

I use a free software called 'Picture Shack' which adds watermarks on directories of photos at a time. It's a very convenient way to process a lot of pictures at once. The actual watermark is a separate file that can be changed if my website address changes in the future. Then I just apply the software to re-stamp the photo files. Having the description on the actual picture is somewhat cumbersome and time-consuming especially since I usually process hundreds of photos at a time.
