Independence Air iClub - Signature Chefs

DH's website states that they will sell food by signature chef's on long flights yet I was disapointed to find that this wasn't the case on a flight from IAD to SFO. Does anyone know what the status is whith this?

I believe that comes out whenever the pillows and blankets come available on those flights, but I don't know exactly when that date is.

Pillows, blankets and movies are available now. The meals are on the back burner, I think.
