If you go right now, I believe it will just be a cold sandwich or wrap, chips and cookies in a little box. :p
They charge for these in coach, but they are free in FC. Here's more info:

I just took this flight the other day. It's just the sandwich, "fun" box, or they had a salad on my flight. I ended up getting 2 fun boxes, and just picked out the decent stuff from there.
