Air France Frequence Plus - VIE - CDG - MEX L'Espace Affaires

what would you recommend:

I have never flown AF before, but booked now a trip in C during the cristmas holidays from VIE- CDG-MEX.
What do I have to expect. What is the AF C-product like compared to LH? Which seats seemed to be the best ones and is there the new biz product used on these legs? Or should I use aeromexico`s metal instead
what about the lounges in cdg and mex
