NO!
I flew ATH--LHR/ OA this March for the price. OA is all by itself--has no airline partners :( ! Avis is an OA partner, but only for car rentals in conjunction with an OA flight.

no.. OA does not, however A3, Aegean Airlines, just announced a codeshare and marketing agreement with LH.. you can read up on it at http://www.aegeanair.com/aegeanen/news/
No news on whether than includes FF miles or not.. Let's hope so..
