US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - More than 15K Bonus Miles for Signature Visa Sign-Up

I already have the Signature Visa, but I have a relative who is interested in applying. I could have sworn that there was a 20,000 mile bonus for new sign-ups but can't find it. Anyone get 20k or more for signing up for the BofA Signature Card?
