America West FlightFund (Pre-2005 US Airways merger) - Web Ckin...Different Boarding Groups

I did web ckin for myself and my wife and received different boarding groups.
We are on the same pnr, seats together. I got group 3 and she was group 5. My qustion is will the airport let her change her group number to mine so we may board together?

You can both board as group 3.
Most Agents will say in their "we're about to board" announcement that parties travelling together can all board withe the lowest group number in the party.
