US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - BOA Director of Affinity Card Services?

After two months of mindless email and telephone calls from Band of American regarding a US Airways card problem, I'd like to contact the BOA person in charge of the US Airways affinity card. Does anyone know who that may be?

BTW, Bank of America won't say! Now that's customer (dis)service!

No disrespect intended TPA, but if you aren't flying US anymore why bother with the BofA Visa card? If you are flying UA or others there are as good FF Mile Credit Cards offered. I am tempted to get the UA card now that they are offering EQMs. . .

Simple. They haven't sent Club passes which are owed to me pursuant to the terms of our credit card agreement.

When the card expires, I won't renew.

They send them on the anniversary of you signing up for the card. How late are they? I think sometimes they can be a month off

You get a pass when you first get your card - then each year after. I have a buddy who just got one last month and the pass came with the first bill - just as I remembered mine did.

They haven't been included for the past two years and I have all of my old statements.
