US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Upgrade Chances on the 757 CLT-BOS as Silver

What is the success rate for Silvers upgrading on 757's? Im sure factors such as day of the week, time of day, route all play a part. I am booked on 757 from CLT-BOS on Fri Aug 19. With only 8 seats on a Friday evening flight, Im not expecting too much.

I've flown this route twice, on a friday evening, and the flights were packed. Even CPs in coach. Luckily, it isn't a long flight.

Thanks noah. Thats what I figured but I got the best coach seat 9C so Im happy.

I regularly miss(ed) upgrades on trunk routes on Thursday and Friday evenings as both a CP and a Gold on 757s. I'd imagine that a Silver's chance are roughly the same as seening glassware in first tomorrow on a US transcon, unfortunately.
