I did a search, but didn't see anything recent. I want to burn through some orphan miles and was thinking about exchanging them for some magazines. I have some US Airway miles, Frontier miles, etc... I can use. Anyway...I can't find a link on their respective websites, but see that you can do it on points.com (well, as least US Airways). However, I am not giving a penny to points.com to register as Gold, so I thought about milepoints.com. However, I don't want to sign up until I know I can use my US Airway miles. Does anyone know if you can use US Airway miles? Any (recent) experiences w/ milepoints.com?
Thanks!!!

I apologize...I realized I typed in "milepoints" instead of "milepoint" on the search. After searching for the correct thing...I found my answer on another thread...
"You used to be able to redeem points through Milepoint, but the relationship with US Airways ended sometime between the beginning of the year and last week (when I noticed it).
You can always try Points.com to try to convert at rip-off rates. I see 1000 DM to 58 AA miles! But if you really have no use for the miles, I guess donate them or convert. Try the conversion tool at webflyer.com for options."
Oh well...I think I might just donate them. Or...maybe if they do merge...do you think they will merge the FF programs, too??

Hey, that was my post you were quoting! I thought it was awfully well written. :D
Once the HP and US merger goes through, they will be merging everything including the FF programs. I believe that will in fact be among the first steps taken since it is relatively simple compared with merging flight schedules. I haven't been following the details that closely though. Check out the HP and US boards for estimated timelines and such.
