bmi, it doesn't work, we ain't stupid. Knocking a penny off your supposed "tiny" fares and making them all sound cheap by saying 99p on the end won't work.

(For thise know don't know what I'm whinging about, see here http://www.flybmi.com/bmi/en-gb/planandbook/bagyourselfatinyfare.aspx)

Took a penny off the fare and no doubt put 10 pounds on the tax

This quote from the Terms and Conditions really gives their game away: 5. Fares are rounded up to the nearest 99p.

The fare may be 'tiny' but it is sold by BD and, as such, subject to the BD surcharges, unless the contrary is stated on the website.

:D Hilarious! Like dodo birds (yes, intentional choice of metaphor) trying to outsmart foxes.

Also just noted this quote in the conditions;
6. All fares are combinable

Does that mean interlining on tiny fares ? Shurely not ...

No. It could simply mean that you can have one fare basis on the way out and another on the way back (eg: vbaby out and wbaby in)
