Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - Which Lounge at BKK

Which lounge do you recommend at BKK. I am currently in the TG Lounge (F side) which is nice but not fantastic. No view of the runway, nicely decorated, quiet, some food. BTW there are several TG lounges I am in the one by Gate 51 that has both a section for First and Business. My other options appear to be SQ or UA (which is not open anyway). Should I head down to SQ or is it not worth it other than for the view?

TG F lounge is definitely better than SQ F lounge in BKK.
Just drop by SQ F lounge for more nibbles. :p

SQ F lounge is quite small and crowded and not that great.

Yea, I did a search and came up with a lot of posts about some wonderful TG lounge with massages. They never seem to say which location it is. Perhaps as you said by the 3x gates. Thanks I'll check it out.

I think that was the TG 2-floor business/*G lounge by the 3x gates, but IIRC the massage service stopped some time ago. I could be wrong.

Actually, I never made it to find out. They called my flight and I decided to get started on the Dom instead. More of a report will be on the "SQ lives up to its reputation thead" in a few minutes.

Yep, I will when I get home. For now though I just wanted to pass along my general observation, along with a few details about SQ. So far so good!

I always use the TQ lounge by peir 5 when flying SQ F. It is much nicer than the SQ F lounge and as the only TQ flights that go from that end of the airport are the NY direct flights I have always had it to myself.
