Hertz - Do HLEs always have mostly Japanese cars?

My local HLE seems to be all non-Ford cars. The whole lot is Corollas and Mazda 6s and 3s.

There never seems to be anything larger than a C on the lot. So I've reserved a Premium next week. Is there are a science to figuring out what they will give me (hopefully a Japanese car, an Avalon or a G35)? I really, really dont want a CV or GM, I'd even take an Amanti over that.

I was trying to figure this out, all of the foreign cars at the HLE have the "R" sticker which I believe are RISK cars, which Hertz buys and owns as opposed to "program" cars, which are usually domestic brands, which hertz turns back to the manufacturer after a lease. If that is true, then I'd be guaranteed NOT to get a CV or GM at my HLE, assuming they are not allocated program cars.

My HLE is mostly American in I, G, F, D, B, and A and Japanese in C.

If your HLE normally does not stock I or G cars, they will have them delivered from the local airport or a nearby HLE that does have them, so expect a TC/CV/GM.

On occasion, my HLE gets in Prestige and Infiniti's, and if I am quick enough, I can snag it and they just amend my return to SEA (the area manager sends a team out to collect any Prestige/Specialty cars returned to the HLE as soon as they are checked in, so it's luck of the draw).
