Travel Technology - Something fell out of my Shure e3c's...

Was playing with new flange sleeves that I got for my Shure (they really hurt my ears - I'm going back to the ultra-flex sleeves), when this little metal cup (I imagine its a filter to keep the wax out) fell out. I can't find it anymore and so I've got one earphone with this metal thing in, and one without.
Any advice on what I should do? Look at the Shure website/eBay for replacements but they don't have any. Thanks in advance

They should come with spare filters, didn't yours?

ScottC, that's something different - the e2c had these little sticky mesh pieces that went over the nozzle tips - those are wax guards. The e1/e3/e4/e5 phones I believe all come with this little wax removal tool (has a plastic tip on one end, a fine wire loop on the other).
I know what the OP's talking about on the e3c though - your best best is to call Shure (they should have a number on the website) to get them serviced - I don't believe it's a part designed to be replaceable by the end user. Shure's customer service group is usually very helpful and fast to turn around headphone repairs.
