Anyone tried/done this that can offer any advice?
Tried to do this via the on-line link and also on the telephone with an agent.
MR says that BMI DC are rejecting the link between the MR & DC accounts but can't say why. Address, name etc. all are the same on both accounts.
Now on the third attempt to do this after another call to MR today. Not the service one would expect from an Amex Cent. account.
