Once I saw in the internet a great invention that you can attach a car seat (not infant) to it and it becomes a stroller that is very useful while travelling with a toddler. Does anyone know what I am talking about? It is not the sit'n stroll and it is not the snap'n go. I am lost in all my bookmarks and I cannot find it anymore. Can anybody help me, please?

Yes. It is by Go-Go Babies. It only fits Britax car seats. PM me and I can put you in touch with them.

Have you considered either checking the stroller or just buying a cheapie umbrella stroller when you arrive at your destination? That way you'll have only the carseat, backpack (as carry-on) and toddler to haul through the airport.

I have a sit-n-stroll and after several uses I find that I don't like it at all. So at this point I've left cheap strollers at places we visit frequently. I just haul the carseat on board myself. Your 2-year-old might be old enough to haul some of his/her own toys in a small backpack or suitcase? The biggest help to me is forcing myself to get all our carry-on stuff into one medium sized (book bag sized) backpack. That way I have two arms free to haul toddler and seat.

Here's a link to the Britax seat attachment:

It is fairly expensive, IMHO, particularly when you factor in that a Brtiax seat is $200+ for most models.

I really want to have the stroller with me in the airport, since I will be spending from 3 to 4 hours between flights (I am going to Brazil, no direct flight from San Francisco). I am planning on using an umbrella stroller so I can carry on board or check in at the gate, if I am not allowed to carry it inside.

Thanks! Too bad I don't have a Britax car seat, I have a Cosco Alpha Omega. This is the first time that I fly with my 2 year-old toddler and I don't think I will be flying with her again so soon, so I don't think it is worth investing in a new car seat just for this trip. I finally found information about the Kiddie Cargo LoRider, that fits all car seats, but it is out of stock everywhere and it looks like it is not manufactured anymore. I wonder why!

I am going abroad and I am trying to minimize what I have to carry in the airport by myself. Two things I cannot go without: car seat and stroller. And I want to use the car seat in the airplane.

Any ideas?

You can always buy a car seat tote bag (http://www.google.com/search?hs=YEm&hl=en&lr=&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&biw=1280&q=car+seat+tote&btnG=Search) . Easy Totes run about $15 and more rugged ones from Childress and others run about $40.

Thanks, I will look into it. What about bording with a toddler, carring the car seat, carry on (could be a back pack, but then I have to carry the car seat too!) and dealing with the stroller all by myself? Does anyone have experience with it?
