Flying Blue (Air France, KLM, and Other Partners) - Miles from AZ on EVA metal

This may have been asked and answered earlier, but I'm away from home with slow lines (tedious search!): To fly from ATH to BKK in September skyteam.com lists also an AZ flight (through FCO), operated by China Airlines. Question: Would one get FB miles for this if ticketed by Alitalia, and how many in business, i.e. FB rules? Obviously Steve F. would suggest to prefer this flight over KL or AF, and I'd be willing to folow his advice, but only if I get miles.

The FB guide says:

"Flying Blue members can earn Miles on all AZ-operated flights with a SkyTeam prefix."

I am pretty sure you wont get it as they seem to be as far away from KLM now as possible. They , CI and EVA were having big trouble with them last year over KLM not allocating seats to fly passengers into AMS. They said no seats available but when you tried to book the same route on KLM, hey behold loads of seats. I am pretty sure there is no code share on ST members in Europe. Try calling Isabella at the CI london office she is a great help.
