Am flying on US Airways to St. Kitts. Any suggestions as to must do must see activities and places on St. Kitts? Will be there shortly and am just starting to learn about the Island.
Am flying a 19 seater from SXM (St. Marteen) to St. Kitts and back. Can it carry the same number/size bags that US Airways carried for us out of Charlotte?

In general, there is not alot to see or do on St Kitts, but relax. There is the 'historic' downtown and a day trip to St. Nevis, but largely its a beach Caribbean island. It is nowhere near as developed/built up as St Maarten. Restaurants are more limited. We stayed at the Marriott which had decent restaurants and water activities.
Bag policy is 1 carry on bag and 1 personal item (camera case, laptop, purse) to carry on. Bag size/restrictions usually depend on aircraft. Check the website for your aircraft size into St. Kitts.

If you are flying WM WinAir from SXM to SKB and back, they'll take whatever checked luggage you have. And the carry-on space under your seat on the 19-seater is better than in Y on mainline!
I just took this trip last week.

Hey, my girlfriend and I went to St kitts a year or so ago. Its a great sleepy little island. We enjoyed the day long catamaran with snorkling to nevis. Althouhg it was a little pricy it was still lots of fun. Also the most fun we had was renting 4 wheelers, you can go from one end of the island to the other in an hour or so if i remember right, theres a beach on the end facing nevis where there are lots of monkeys who love to come up and steal stuff, the little on beach bar there also has some left over cut up fruit and stuff you can feed them, of course they are wild animals, so I wouldnt try to hug one. Also on that end there is a really big pig there near that bar who was actually pretty friendly. Otherwise go find yourself a nice empty beach and relax, its great for that.

Did you take the catamaran tour with Elvis? That was the most fun we had the week we were there.
My daughter also enjoyed feeding the monkeys at Turtle Beach and having them drink out of a cup was holding, and got a kick out of the 770 pound big - she still talks about it.

Do't forget the fort, the Batik, and a rainforest hike.
