Going Nowhere?

In his last post US AIRWAYS FAN asked Hi-Hilton Gold a specific question so the thread should be reopened so a answer can be posted.

While I agree that some posters are babies the use of the word "attack" by the moderator (as many times before) is way off base. Lets not allow this so called open forum turn into a politically correct place where only the approved posts and comments from a few favorites members are allowed. Or should I say, let us no longer allow.........

Thank you Philly for posting this. I was going to say some thing but I just let it slide. You are correct in this.

Now, from where I'm sitting, "What difference does it make?" is borderline, "If you have nothing to contribute to the thread do not bother to respond. Your reply did not help me a bit. Go complain some where else." is probably actionable, "suspicious" is a borderline attempt to hijack the thread, "DROP the attitude." is actionable, "Maybe you should be more careful on how you word what yous said above as it came across to me as being a JERK" is border line actionable. As more than half the thread was basically sniping between members rather than on-topic content, I elected to close it.

So, the thread gets closed. If you have a question about a moderator's action, PM the moderator. If you are still not convinced, PM Randy Peterson.
