Hilton HHonors - How long to get HH card in Europe

Title says it all!I enrolled almost a month go,no card yet,does anybody know how long it takes?

Do you live in Italy and do not you know the answer ?
It can be quick or quite a lot (3-5 weeks) and everyone is saying the guilty ones are 'Poste Italiane' even the few times when they have no fault ...
My HHonors letter are coming from very 'far' and not too sure it's always the same sending point.

I'm in the UK and waited about 6 or 7 weeks for my Gold card.
