I dug out my old non-preferred USAirways card to see if there was an e-mail address on that. No e-mail address listed but I can give you the old number for MetroJet :)

consumer_affairs@usairways.com is printed on the little cards in Attache. I normally just use the web form on the website though.

Look on the back of your CP card, there should be a special CP e-mail address. I have an e-mail listed on my GP card, so im assuming CP members have access to an e-mail address as well.
If you don't have your card handy, call DM and they should be able to provide the e-mail address once they verify your CP status.
