US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Club access CLT

Will be at CLT on July 2 in AM and July 6 in PM. What is best way for non-member to access club? When I flew to NYC in May, there was a 1/2 price offer out but I lost the coupon. Is one still available?
