Hilton HHonors - How long (on average) is it taking to receive targeted promo certificates?

I did a search, and didn't find much info - I do recall reading that Hhonors is having some difficulty emailing reward certificates.

I qualified for my first one (on the 5/10/15) promo on 5/18. As of today, I still haven't gotten my cert. I called the Diamond Desk, and the rep told me it can take up to 3 weeks for me to receive it, and for me to call back if I don't get it tomorrow. (A few weeks ago a rep said that I would be getting it via snail mail - the rep yesterday said nope, it's strictly email...so as of now, I am clueless on how I'm going to be receiving mine!)

Has it taken anyone else an excessive amount of time to get their certs?

I've qualified for 2 so far and both times the certificate was e-mailed to me within 48 hours of the stay posting. Is it showing up online that you have been issued the certificate? Mine both showed up online at the same time as the stay posting and then within 2 days I had the e-mailed cert.

I only qualified for 1 so far and the same experience. Showed up a day or two after the stays posted.

BTW - does anybody remember the dates for this promo? I have 5 more nights coming up at the end of July. Will that count?

Yes, it's showing up as having been issued - and my 2nd one has an issue date of 6/8. I guess I'll give them a call tomorrow and have them reissued.
