I am trying to book the CO Island Hopper B737 flight from CNS to GUM to MAJ using a Skywards award.
I thought this would be easy using CO903 / 956 with a connection in GUM, I was wrong.
According to a reply i recieved from the EK service centre in Mumbai these flights are operated by Continental Micronesia and are not valid flights under the Skywards redemption program, although there is an award listed that cover these flights. (Within Asia, includes Asia, Mid Pacific & South Pacific) as nearly all flights west of HNL (except nonstop 764's to GUM?) are operated by Continental Micronesia why is there an award listed on the Skywards website? You cannot take a CO flight within Asia which is not operated by Continental Micronesia :confused:
Anyone who has more knowledge than me (read everyone) have any explanation for this?
