Wondering if there is offer for DELTA Amex for 20,000? I remember seeing a link in the past, but can't find it now. Most I could find is 15,000 for small business owners.
Wondering if i should wait to see if better promo for summer or not. I remember Delta even having 25,000 miles for new card members if I am correct?

Yeah I got 20k or 25k for my Skymiles Gold Amex. That was about 10 years ago though. The $85 annual fee was waived for the first year.
They've had a lot of bonus miles opportunities. I subscribed to Earthlink for a couple of months to get 5000 miles, switched to AT&T local and long distance for some more miles.
Anyone try the following bonus programs?
1. Nextel - It's 7k miles I believe but I'm guessing you have to subscribe for a year or two?
2. Amex financial advisors - A lot of miles but I think you only had to sit for a consultation, not invest any money with them.
3. Lending Tree - A lot of miles if you do a mortgage or refinance with them but if you get those miles, which could be tens of thousands of miles, I think you are paying higher rates, higher closing costs.
What have been the best bonus programs offered through Skymiles Amex?

Amex sent me an offer to refer someone for the Gold business card with 25K total bonus (required $5K spending), but it expired May 15. Any offer higher than 15K usually has a minimum spending requirement. If you can meet the min spend, I would wait for a better offer. If not, I would just sign up for the 15K now. Have you checked the www.freefrequentflyermiles.com site?

My wife just got that one. They offer to add additional card holders when you call to activate and give 2500 miles for each. Max is 5, I believe. So, there are your 27500 miles. The CSR said there is no annual fee for the additional cards, but I remember reading otherwise.

Just call the activation number from the sticker. The CSR offered these bonus miles. I am not sure whether you can get them for adding AUs later.
I forgot to mention that the same CSR offered to enroll the card in Credit Protector (or whatever AMEX calls it), free for 30 days, with 2500 bonus miles. Don't forget to cancel it!
Hence the maxiumum is 30,000 miles total. Currently the double miles for all purchases promo is running (well, will start soon: July 1 to August 31), which is another great sourse of miles.
Don't forget 30% bonus for transfering AMEX Membership Rewards until July 15. It looks like Delta wants us all to be million milers. Whether they want us to actually fly is another question...
Received this offer in the mail today for a Gold Delta Skymiles business card with 35K total Skymiles that reads as follows -
- Use your card for the first time and get 12,000 Skymiles
- Spend $6000 by December 30, 2005 and we will give you triple miles - 18,000 Skymiles
- Finally, you get 5,000 more bonus Skymiles when you add 2 employees to your account fee-free
Call 1-888-734-OPEN and mention RSVP code: D2289912085995
First year annual fee waived. It's really a 29K bonus since 6K is what you would normally earn from spending anyway.
Has anyone obtained this 35,000 miles card Delat Gold card?
