Tony Mecia from the Charlotte Observer contacted me via email to discuss the merger, and what US customers can expect from the new US. Unfortunately, I left for the weekend, so we were unable to complete (as of yet, anyway) or discussion.
My statements to him were positive. I believe that US customers will have a positive experience under the new US. That, although HP has had its problems in the past, there has been a turnaround.
Did Tony contact anyone else? If so, what did you have to say (if you don't mind me asking.)
